			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We spend hours and hours every week trying to tone and trim up our bodies at the gym.  Working out our arms and legs and backside with every kind of equipment available in the gym.  But one piece of workout equipment that is constantly over looked is the kettlebell.  This amazing little cannon ball with a handle can actually replace most of the equipment that you use at the gym.  Plus there are a lot of different kinds of <a href="http://lazyweight.com">kettlebell exercises</a> you can do.  But I will explain the routine I do that I feel is the simplest and most effective one.</p>
<p>First get your kettlebell weight if your new to it grab a 25lb weight if your a woman or 35lb weight if you a guy.  Make sure you wear shoes its so important not to injure yourself by dropping it on your foot.  It may be 25lbs but these things are hard and heavy.  The nice thing about kettlebell's is that you can do it in the comfort of you living room.  You just need to make sure you have enough space to swing it around.</p>
<p>What exercise I am going to explain is the kettlebell swing its a great workout.  But its important to keep the right posture and to do the exact same motion every time.</p>
<p>You first place the kettlebell between your legs right in the middle of your feet.  Make sure that your feet are shoulders length wide and that they are pointing outward at about a 30 degree angle.  You start the exercise by picking up the kettlebell.  You squat down with your back straight and your head forward almost like you are going to sit down.  Then you grasp the kettlebell and stand straight up in an explosive manner while making sure to lift with you legs and not your back.  Then take the kettlebell back under your legs to the area right behind your hamstrings while bending your knees.  Then stand straight up with your arms extended straight bring the kettlebell straight out from your body until its horizontally 90 degrees from your body.  Try not to go up to high its important to maintain that 90 degree angle when swinging out.  After you swing out from you body bring it back down behind your legs while bending your knees again.  Do this repetition 30 times then rest and do two more sets of 30 so the work out consists of 3 sets of 30 reps.</p>
<p>This is a simple and easy work out but extremely effective and all you need to do is twice a week.  I usually do mine on a Monday and a Friday and after a couple of weeks you will see the difference this one workout can make.  This is a very<a href="http://lazyweight.com"> easy way to start losing weight </a>with just a simple workout.  If you hate working out just do this one it take 10 minutes and you will pleasantly surprised.</p>
