Write Letters to the Mayor
CHRM needs you to join our letter writing campaign. CHRM is collecting letters from concerned citizens and is mailing them in bulk to over 10 elected officials.
To Participate:
1. Download and print the letter. Of course you are welcome to modify it.
2. Sign the letter and print your name and address.
3. Click here to email CHRM at crownheightsrm@gmail.com to request CHRM's mailing address.
Please print letters for your neighbors, email us to arrange for us to get them.
Volunteer
CHRM needs everyone—no matter how much or how little time you can spend. You can attend a Planning Meeting, spearhead an outreach effort, talk to your neighbors, design posters and fliers, or make telephone calls. To volunteer, contact CHRM and tell us what you would like to do.

Spread the word and mobilize our community!
Do you belong to a church, a mearchants group, a block association, or any other organization in the neighborhood? Are you willing to knock on doors, join the letter-writing campaign, and speak to groups? Contact CHRM, and we will provide you with letters, fliers, and speakers.
1) to achieve parity with other Brooklyn neighborhoods by dramatically reducing the number of residential social service beds, while at the same time; 2) advocating that appropriate social services and job creation be made available for current residents of the neighborhood; 3) revitalizing key business districts; and 4) improving neighborhood safety and infrastructure.
Through direct action, education, mobilizing efforts, and advocacy, CHRM is restoring this neighborhood so that it will be safe, thriving, and meet the many needs of everyone who lives and works here.
